Purpose

Subscription shows your school's own Larnup platform plan and billing status — what plan the school is on, its status (active, expiring, or past due), and billing history. This is set up during onboarding, typically by a Sales Partner or Larnup's Super Admin, not something a School Admin configures from scratch. Your role here is mostly to check status and reach out if something needs attention.

This is different from a parent's premium subscription inside their own app — that's a separate, parent-paid feature covered in Subscription & Billing. This page is only about the school's own plan with Larnup.

When to Use

  • To check the school's current plan and when it's due for renewal.
  • When billing status shows something unusual — expiring soon, or a payment issue.
  • When confirming what's included in the school's current plan.
  • When you need to reach out about upgrading, renewing, or resolving a billing question.

How to Use

  1. Open Subscription from the Admin dashboard to see the school's current plan and status.

  2. Review the billing history to see past invoices or payments made for the school's plan.

  3. If the plan is expiring soon or shows a billing issue, contact your Sales Partner or Larnup support to resolve it — this isn't something you adjust directly from this screen.

  4. If you have questions about what a plan includes, check the plan details shown here before reaching out, as many questions are answered directly on this screen.

TipCheck subscription status a few weeks before renewal rather than waiting for an expiry notice — it gives you time to sort out any billing questions without disrupting the school's access.
Common MistakeDon't confuse this page with a parent's own premium subscription — parent billing is entirely separate and is managed through the parent's own app, not from here.
