Purpose

School Branding lets you customize how Larnup looks and feels for your school's own users — parents, teachers, students, and staff. You can upload the school's logo and choose a color theme, so the app feels like it belongs to your school rather than a generic product.

When to Use

  • When first setting up the school on Larnup, to add the school's logo and preferred colors.
  • When the school rebrands or updates its logo.
  • When checking how the school's branding currently appears to users before making a change.

How to Use

  1. Open School Branding from the Admin dashboard.

  2. Upload the school's logo — this appears across the app for your school's users, including on report cards and other generated documents.

  3. Choose a color theme for the app. A preview updates so you can see roughly how it will look before saving.

  4. Save your changes. Updated branding applies the next time users open or refresh the app.

TipUpload a high-resolution logo with a transparent background if you have one — it tends to display more cleanly across the different places branding shows up, like report cards and the login screen.
Common MistakeBranding changes apply school-wide immediately for all users — review the preview carefully before saving, especially color choices that affect readability.
