Purpose

The Homework module gives a School Admin a school-wide view of homework being assigned across every class — which teachers are assigning homework, how often, and whether classes are keeping up with a consistent pace. As Admin, you don't create homework yourself; that's a Teacher's job from their own class view. This screen is for oversight: spotting classes that haven't had homework assigned in a while, or reviewing overall activity.

When to Use

  • To check whether homework is being assigned consistently across all classes.
  • When a parent raises a concern about homework load or frequency for a specific class.
  • To spot classes or teachers who haven't posted homework recently.

How to Use

  1. Open Homework from the Admin Panel.

  2. Review the school-wide list, filterable by class, subject, or teacher.

  3. Filter by class to see how a specific class's homework activity looks over time.

  4. Open an individual homework entry to see its full details, exactly as students and parents see it.

  5. If a class hasn't had homework posted recently, follow up with the class or subject teacher directly — homework can't be created from this screen.

TipUse the class filter regularly rather than scrolling the full school-wide list — it's a much faster way to spot a class that's fallen behind.
Common MistakeThis is a read-only oversight view — if you need homework created, corrected, or removed, that has to be done by the teacher from their own app, not from here.
