Purpose

Subscription is where you sign up for Larnup's premium parent plan and keep track of your current plan status. It covers the basics of subscribing and managing your plan from the app itself. When to Use

  • When you want to subscribe to premium features for the first time.
  • To check whether your subscription is currently active and when it renews.
  • If you want to change or cancel your current plan.
  • When you're trying to pay for a subscription and want to know what to expect from the checkout flow.

How to Use

  1. Open Subscription Plans from the More menu.

  2. Review the available plans and what each one includes, along with pricing.

  3. Select a plan and tap Subscribe (or Pay) to proceed.

  4. This opens a Razorpay checkout in your device's browser rather than inside the app itself — this is expected, so don't worry if you're briefly taken out of the Larnup app to complete payment.

  5. Complete the payment in the browser, then return to the Larnup app — your subscription status should update shortly after.

  6. Check your current plan and its renewal date anytime from the same Subscription screen.

TipIf you're taken to your browser during checkout, wait for the payment to fully complete there before switching back to the app — closing the browser too early can leave the payment in an unclear state.
Common MistakeAfter paying, give the app a moment to reflect your updated subscription status — it isn't always instant. If it still shows as unsubscribed after a few minutes, check Payment History or contact Support before trying to pay again.
