Children Management

Purpose
Many parents have more than one child at the same school, and Larnup lets you manage all of them from a single account instead of juggling separate logins. My Children is where those kids live — you can see everyone linked to your account, switch which child's information you're currently viewing, and add another child if the school has confirmed their enrollment.
When to Use
- Right after your first child is enrolled and you want to check who's linked to your account.
- When a second (or third) child joins the school and needs to be added to the same parent account.
- Any time you need to switch from viewing one child's homework, fees, or attendance to another's.
- If a child's information looks wrong and you want to confirm which profile is actually linked.
How to Use
-
Go to More in the bottom navigation, then tap My Children.
-
You'll see a card for each child currently linked to your account, showing their name, class/section, and photo if one has been added.

-
Tap a child's card to make them the active child — the rest of the app (Home, Attendance, Fees, and so on) now shows that child's information until you switch again.
-
To add a new child, tap Link Child (or Add Child) and follow the prompts — you'll typically need details the school has on file, like an admission number, to confirm the link.
-
Once submitted, the new child may show as pending until the school verifies and approves the link on their end.
-
If a child has left the school or graduated, their card typically moves to an inactive or archived state rather than disappearing outright, so past records stay accessible.
