Purpose
Reminders is a simple inbox of the alerts the school has sent your way — a fee installment coming due, homework that hasn't been marked complete, an upcoming exam, or an attendance concern. You don't create reminders yourself as a parent; the school sets these up, and this screen is where you see and keep track of them.
When to Use
- To catch up on anything you might have missed from push notifications.
- Before a fee due date, to double-check you haven't overlooked it.
- When you want a single list of everything currently flagged for your attention, rather than checking each section separately.
- If your child mentions an exam or assignment and you want to confirm the reminder details.
How to Use
-
Open Reminders from the More menu.
-
Browse the list, usually shown with the most recent or most urgent reminder at the top.

-
Each reminder is typically labeled by type — Fee, Homework, Exam, or Attendance — so you can scan quickly for what matters most right now.
-
Tap a reminder to jump to the relevant section of the app for full detail — for example, a fee reminder takes you to the Fee Portal.
-
Once you've acted on a reminder or it's no longer relevant, it typically clears itself automatically rather than needing to be dismissed manually.
