Purpose

Documents is a simple, central place to find files the school has shared about your child โ€” things like certificates, transfer documents, or report cards โ€” instead of hunting through notices or emails. It's view-only: the school uploads documents, and you can view or download them whenever you need a copy.

When to Use

  • When you need a copy of a certificate or official document for your records.
  • If the school mentions a document has been shared and you want to find it quickly.
  • Before an admission or transfer process elsewhere that requires paperwork from the current school.
  • To double-check whether a specific document has been issued yet.

How to Use

  1. Open Documents from the More menu.

  2. Make sure the right child is selected, since documents are tied to each child's own record.

  3. Browse the list of available documents, typically shown with a name, type, and the date it was shared.

  4. Tap a document to preview it, or use the download icon to save it to your device.

  5. If a document you're expecting isn't listed yet, it likely hasn't been uploaded by the school yet rather than being missing due to an app issue.

TipDownload important documents like certificates as soon as you see them, so you have an offline copy saved even if you lose app access or your connection is unreliable later.
Common MistakeNot every document the school issues is necessarily digitized here โ€” some certificates or formal paperwork may still be handled physically through the school office. If something isn't in the app, check with the office before assuming it doesn't exist.
