Fees

Purpose
The Fee Portal is where you go to understand exactly what your child's school fees look like — not to pay them (that's covered separately in Payments), but to see the full picture: how the annual fee is broken into installments, what's already been paid, what discounts have been applied, whether any late fee has been added, and where transport fee fits in if your child rides the school bus. Think of Fees as the ledger, and Payments as the checkout counter.
When to Use
- At the start of the school year, to understand how fees are structured into installments.
- Before an installment due date, to check exactly how much is owed and when.
- If you believe a discount or concession should apply and want to confirm it's reflected.
- When you notice a late fee and want to understand why it was added.
- To review the full history of what's been charged and paid over the year.
How to Use
-
Open Fees (often reached via Home or the More menu) to land on the Fee Portal for the currently selected child.
-
Review the installment breakdown — the total annual fee split into terms or installments, each with its own due date and amount.

-
Check for any discount or concession applied to your child's fee — these are shown as a deduction against the relevant installment, not hidden inside the total.
-
If an installment is overdue, look for a late fee line item — it's shown separately so you can see the original amount versus what's now due because of the delay.
-
If your child uses the school bus, check the transport fee section — it's tracked separately from academic fees and may have its own installment schedule.
-
Open the Fee Timeline (or history) to see a chronological record of every charge, discount, and payment applied to your child's account over the year.
-
When you're ready to actually pay an installment, tap Pay Now on that installment — this hands off to the Payments flow.
