Purpose

The Timetable screen shows your child's weekly class schedule โ€” what subject is taught in each period, on which day, and by which teacher. It's a simple reference screen that's useful for planning around school hours, knowing when a particular subject's class happens, or double-checking the day's schedule before an early pickup.

When to Use

  • At the start of a term, to get familiar with your child's new weekly schedule.
  • Before requesting an early pickup or a mid-day leave, to see what classes your child would miss.
  • When your child mentions a subject or teacher and you want to confirm which period that falls in.
  • To check if there's a change in schedule, such as an extra period or a shifted class.

How to Use

  1. Open Timetable from the More menu.

  2. Make sure the correct child is selected โ€” timetables differ by class and section.

  3. View the weekly grid, with days across the top and periods listed for each one.

  4. Tap a specific period for more detail, such as the subject, teacher, and classroom, if that information is available.

  5. Switch between days using tabs or a swipe gesture, depending on how your school has laid it out.

TipIf you're planning an early pickup, check the timetable first so you know exactly which period your child will be missing โ€” it makes coordinating with the school easier.
Common MistakeA published timetable can change during the term for reasons like a substitute teacher or a school event โ€” treat it as the default schedule rather than an unchangeable one, and rely on notices for day-specific changes.
