Timetable
On this page
Purpose
The Timetable screen shows your personal weekly teaching schedule — which class and subject you're assigned to for each period, on each day of the week. It's a read-only view: your school admin sets up the timetable, and it appears here so you always know where you're meant to be and when.
When to Use
- At the start of the week, to plan ahead for which classes you'll be teaching each day.
- To quickly check what period you have next.
- When you need to confirm your schedule before requesting leave, so you know which classes will need covering.
How to Use
-
Open Timetable, usually reached from your Profile or Dashboard.
-
View your schedule for the current week, laid out by day.

-
Tap a day to see its periods in order, along with the class and subject for each.
-
Use this alongside My Classes if you want to see the full roster for a class before that period starts.
TipCheck your timetable before applying for leave — knowing exactly which periods fall on that day makes it easier for your admin to arrange coverage.
Common MistakeYour timetable is set by the school admin. If it looks wrong or out of date — a class missing, or a period that no longer applies — flag it with your admin rather than assuming it will update on its own.
