Marks Entry
On this page
Purpose
Marks Entry is where you enter exam results for the subject and class you teach. Once submitted, your marks feed into the school's broader marks oversight (visible to your Admin) and eventually into student report cards, so accuracy here matters — parents and admins downstream are relying on what you enter.
When to Use
- After an exam has been conducted for your subject, to enter each student's score.
- When your school admin sets a marks entry deadline for report card preparation.
- To review or correct marks you've already entered, before they're locked.
How to Use
-
Open Marks Entry and select the exam, class, and subject you're entering marks for.
-
Go through the student list and enter each student's score.

-
Mark any student who was absent for the exam accordingly, rather than leaving their score blank.
-
Review the full list once you've entered every score — check for typos, especially scores that exceed the maximum marks for the exam.
-
Tap Submit to save your entries. Depending on your school's settings, marks may be locked for editing once submitted.
