Purpose

My Classes shows every class and subject combination assigned to you โ€” for example, "Grade 6-A: Mathematics" or "Grade 8-B: English." It's the hub you'll come back to throughout the day, since most of your daily work (marking attendance, assigning homework, entering marks) starts by picking a class here first.

When to Use

  • To see the full list of classes and subjects you're responsible for.
  • Before marking attendance, assigning homework, or entering marks โ€” pick the class here first.
  • To check a class's student roster.
  • When you're unsure whether you've been assigned a class or subject for the term.

How to Use

  1. Open the Classes tab from the bottom navigation.

  2. Browse the list of classes and subjects assigned to you. Each entry shows the class, section, and subject.

  3. Tap a class to open it and see its student roster.

  4. From within a class, use the shortcuts to jump to that class's Attendance, Homework, or Marks Entry (where applicable).

  5. If you teach the same subject across multiple sections, each section appears as its own entry so you don't mix up rosters.

TipIf you teach several sections of the same grade, double-check the section letter before marking attendance or posting homework โ€” it's easy to open the wrong one when the class names look similar.
Common MistakeYour class list is set up by the school admin as part of class and section management. If a class is missing, added in error, or has the wrong roster, it needs to be corrected on the admin side โ€” it isn't something you can edit from your app.
