Purpose

The Route tab lists every route the school has assigned to you โ€” usually a morning pickup route and an afternoon drop route, sometimes more. Each route shows its full stop list in order, so you know exactly where you're going and who to expect at each stop.

When to Use

  • The night before or morning of a shift, to review your stops ahead of time.
  • When you're unsure of the next stop while driving.
  • After the school changes your route assignment, to see what's new.
  • When a parent or the school asks about stop order or timing.

How to Use

  1. Tap the Route tab at the bottom of the app.

  2. You'll see a list of routes assigned to you. If you only have one, it opens straight to the stop list.

  3. Tap a route to see its stops in order, with the approximate time the bus is expected at each one.

  4. Each stop shows the students expected to board or be dropped there, so you can cross-check with Student Boarding once the trip starts.

  5. Routes and stops themselves are set up by the school, not by you โ€” if a stop is missing, wrong, or needs to move, contact the school through Support rather than trying to change it in the app.

For how the school sets up routes and stops in the first place, see the Transport Guide.

TipReview your route the night before a new assignment, not the morning of โ€” that gives the school time to fix any mistake in the stop list before you're on the road.
Common MistakeA route shown here is only a plan โ€” it does not start tracking or count as a trip until you actually start it from the trip banner. Viewing the route in this tab has no effect on your live trip status.
