Purpose
Reminders are short, time-sensitive nudges the school sends you — things like an upcoming route change, a vehicle maintenance date coming due, or a document that's about to expire. They're separate from general Notices in that they're usually tied to a specific date or action the school wants to make sure you don't miss.
When to Use
- To check if you have any pending reminders before starting your day.
- When you get an alert and want to see the full detail behind it.
- To confirm you've actioned something a reminder pointed you to, like a document renewal.
How to Use
-
Reminders show up as alerts in the app and are also listed together in one place, usually reachable from the Home tab or Profile.
-
Open the reminder to see the full detail — what it's about and any date attached to it.

-
If the reminder points you to another part of the app — for example a document renewal — go complete that action there.
-
Once handled, the reminder is marked done and drops off your active list.
