Purpose

The Notices tab is where the school sends you information you need as a driver — route changes, schedule updates, general announcements. This page covers both reading those notices and adjusting how the app alerts you when a new one arrives.

When to Use

  • Every day, to check for anything new from the school before you start driving.
  • When your Dashboard shows a route you don't recognize, to check for a recent change notice.
  • If you're missing alerts and want to check your notification settings.

How to Use

  1. Tap the Notices tab at the bottom of the app.

  2. You'll see a list of notices from the school, newest first, with unread ones marked.

  3. Tap a notice to read the full message. Route or schedule changes are usually flagged clearly at the top.

  4. To manage how you're alerted (push notification, sound, etc.), go to Profile → Notification Settings.

  5. Turn on push notifications if they aren't already — this is how you'll know about a same-day route change before you're already on the road.

TipCheck Notices before you check your Route tab each morning. A route change notice is usually sent before the Dashboard's route card updates.
Common MistakeDon't turn off push notifications entirely to reduce interruptions while driving — same-day route or stop changes are sent this way, and missing one can mean showing up at the wrong stop or time.
