Purpose

Documents is where your license and ID paperwork on file with the school lives inside the app. It's a simple record — you can see what's on file and its status, and provide updated copies when something is due to expire or needs to be replaced.

When to Use

  • To check whether your license or ID documents are up to date.
  • When the school asks you to upload a renewed license or a new document.
  • When you notice a document is close to its expiry date.

How to Use

  1. Go to Profile → Documents.

  2. You'll see a list of documents on file, such as your driving license and ID proof, each with a status (valid, expiring soon, or expired).

  3. Tap a document to view its details or a copy already on file.

  4. If a document needs updating, use Upload or Replace to submit a new copy.

  5. The school reviews uploaded documents on their end — a status change from pending to verified isn't instant.

TipUpload a renewed license as soon as you have it, well before the old one expires. Some routes may not be assignable to you if your license shows as expired.
Common MistakeMake sure uploaded documents are clear and fully legible before submitting. A blurry or partial photo usually gets rejected during school review, which delays things further.
