Purpose

Tasks are the concrete to-dos behind your pipeline โ€” a follow-up call, a scheduled demo, a document to chase from a school. Tasks are usually tied to a specific lead or school, so they keep the next action clear instead of relying on memory.

When to Use

  • After a call or meeting, to set a reminder for the next action.
  • At the start of the day, to see what's due.
  • When a lead or school needs a specific follow-up that shouldn't get lost in general notes.

How to Use

  1. Go to the Tasks section, reachable from the Dashboard or from an individual lead or school.

  2. Tap Add Task, and give it a short title, a due date, and (if relevant) link it to a specific lead or school.

  3. Your task list shows everything due, usually sorted by date, with overdue items flagged.

  4. Mark a task complete once you've done it. If it needs a further follow-up, create a new task rather than leaving the old one open indefinitely.

  5. Check tasks linked to a specific lead or school directly from that lead's or school's detail screen when you're focused on one account.

TipCreate the next task immediately after finishing a call, while the follow-up is still fresh in mind, instead of trying to remember it later in the day.
Common MistakeDon't let overdue tasks pile up on a lead that's actually gone cold โ€” either follow up or mark the lead lost in Lead Management. A long list of stale tasks makes it harder to spot what genuinely needs attention today.
