Purpose

Reports give you a view of your performance over time — how your leads have progressed, how many schools you've onboarded, and how commission has trended across a chosen period. It's the place to go when you need more than the current-moment snapshot the Dashboard shows.

When to Use

  • Ahead of a performance review or check-in with your manager.
  • To see how your pipeline has trended over a month or quarter.
  • When you want to compare periods, such as this month against last.

How to Use

  1. Go to the Reports section.

  2. Choose the period you want to look at, such as this month, last month, or a custom date range.

  3. Review the summary — leads added, leads won, schools onboarded, and commission earned for that period.

  4. Drill into any section for more detail, such as which specific leads converted during that window.

  5. Use these reports as your own record when preparing for a manager check-in or reviewing your own progress.

TipCompare conversion from lead to won school, not just the number of leads added. A high lead count with a low conversion rate usually points to a pipeline problem worth investigating.
Common MistakeReports summarize data as of when you view them — if you've just closed a lead or logged a visit, give it a moment and refresh before assuming the report is out of date or wrong.
