Purpose

Profile is where your own details live — contact information, notification settings, and your account's approval status. It's also the quickest place to confirm whether your account is fully active or still pending, rejected, or suspended.

When to Use

  • To update your contact details.
  • To check or manage your notification settings.
  • When you're unsure why a feature seems locked and want to check your account status.

How to Use

  1. Go to the Profile tab.

  2. Review your details — name, contact information, and the region or territory you're assigned to, if shown.

  3. Check your account status near the top of the screen: active, pending, rejected, or suspended.

  4. Update your contact details or notification preferences as needed and save.

  5. If your status is anything other than active, most pipeline features (Leads, Schools, Commission) will be limited or locked until an admin resolves it — use Support if it's been pending longer than expected.

TipKeep your contact details current, especially your phone number — it's often how schools or your manager will reach you directly.
Common MistakeIf you're a new partner and your account shows pending, don't assume it will approve automatically after a set time. Follow up through Support if it's been more than a few days with no update.
