Purpose

The Dashboard is the first screen you land on in the Sales Partner app. It rolls up your whole pipeline in one view — how many leads you're working, how many schools you've onboarded, and how much commission you've earned — so you can see where you stand without digging into each section separately.

When to Use

  • At the start of your day, to see your current numbers before heading out.
  • To get a quick read on pipeline health before a check-in with your manager.
  • Right after signing in for the first time, to confirm your account is active.

How to Use

  1. Sign in to the Sales Partner app. The Dashboard loads automatically.

  2. Review the summary cards — active leads, onboarded schools, and total commission earned.

  3. Tap any card to jump straight into the relevant section — Lead Management, Schools, or Commission.

  4. If your account is in a pending, rejected, or suspended state, the Dashboard will show that status instead of full pipeline data, and most features stay locked until an admin approves or reactivates your account.

  5. Use the Dashboard as your daily starting point, then move into Leads, Tasks, or Visits for the detailed work.

TipCheck your Dashboard numbers against your own notes weekly. If a school you closed isn't showing up under Schools yet, it's worth confirming with your manager rather than assuming it will appear on its own.
Common MistakeIf your account shows as pending, rejected, or suspended, don't try to work around it by re-registering — that usually creates a duplicate account and complicates approval. Reach out through Support to resolve the status instead.
