Purpose

Every subscription payment leaves a record you can come back to โ€” whether you need a receipt for reimbursement, want to double-check when you were last charged, or are trying to make sense of a payment before contacting support. This page covers where to find that history in the Parent app.

When to Use

  • You need a receipt or invoice for a subscription payment.
  • You want to check when your last payment was made, or how much was charged.
  • You're reconciling a charge you don't recognize before contacting support.
  • You're reviewing your subscription spending over time.

How to Use

  1. Open Subscription from the Parent app and go to Payment History (or Invoices, depending on where your app surfaces it).

  2. You'll see a list of past payments, each with the date, amount, and plan it corresponds to.

  3. Tap any entry to view or download its invoice/receipt โ€” useful if you need proof of payment for reimbursement or your own records.

  4. If you paid through Google Play instead of Razorpay, that payment's receipt may also be available through your Google Play purchase history, in addition to what's shown in Larnup.

  5. If a payment you expected to see is missing, give it a few minutes โ€” payment confirmation can occasionally take a short time to sync after checkout completes.

TipDownload and save invoices as you go if you need them for reimbursement or expense tracking โ€” it's easier than searching back through history later.
TipIf a charge on your payment history doesn't match what you expected, check which payment method it came through (Razorpay or Google Play) first โ€” that's usually the fastest way to trace where the charge originated.
Common MistakePayment history in Larnup reflects what was processed through the app's payment flow โ€” if you're missing a receipt for a Google Play purchase, check your Google Play account's purchase history as well, since that's the authoritative record for that path.
Common MistakeDon't dispute a charge with your bank or card provider before checking your payment history and contacting support first โ€” most billing questions can be resolved faster by matching the charge here than through a bank dispute.
